As a member of our friendly and energetic accounts receivable team, you’ll be a key contact point for customers in the finance team, responsible for ensuring timely payments resolving customer queries.
We’re seeking someone with strong administration skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships. Your attention to detail should be second to none, and you should approach your work with enthusiasm and a positive outlook, even under the pressure of deadlines.
Be a key customer service contact for accounts receivable enquiries
Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Focus on 60+ aged clients to ensure timely payments
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Liaising with internal and external clients
Assist with current and future AR projects
Managing correspondence to debtors
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service and the ability to build customer relationships
