Job Opening Client Engagement Specialist (Sydney)

Calling small to large mid market businesses and generating qualified leads for our sales team, you’ll build rapport with decision makers, gather information on their existing services, as well as share information about Forum’s suite of solutions relevant to the prospects industry. You’ll utilise Salesforce and LinkedIn to research new leads and manage our existing prospect database with high attention to detail. You will have KPIs to achieve and a healthy profit share commission plan, aligned to sales success with unlimited potential. Full on-boarding and ongoing training provided with a pathway into field based sales.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing and driven individuals with the ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels. You’ll have prior sales or lead generation experience, be motivated to succeed with excellent verbal and written communication and a strong work ethic. You’ll need to be able to handle rejection and work in a KPI-driven environment.
