Our channel network is growing at a rapid rate and we need a talented Partner Support Coordinator to provide our channel partners with the administrative support they need to achieve to deliver on their goals.
Given that this is a newly created role, you will have the opportunity to provide input into systems and processes we develop to provide excellence in customer service to our channel partners.

You will be part of a team that has delivered significant channel growth in the past 12 months, with plans to build the channel into a national regional network. Contribute to the orientation and on-boarding experience for new channel partners
Be the subject matter expert for the channel support portal and assist new and existing partners with support enquiries
Manage updates to the channel support portal
Process channel partner orders in accordance with agreed time frames
Monitor and report on partnership deliverables/revenue/forecast
Develop good working relationships and effective communication with channel partners
Assist with commercial and contractual support
Previous experience working with partnerships
Experience in project planning
Strong ability to manage own workload and competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure within prescribed time frames
